"Do not give up on your breastfeeding journey without speaking to Elizabeth first!! I am a first time mom who gave birth 1 month early and my baby girl had latching issues and refused the breast. Despite having seen 2 lactation consultants during and after my hospital stay, my baby would only take the bottle. I was absolutely heartbroken.
After 4 LONG weeks, I had finally accepted that I was not going to be able to breastfeed. In my final attempt of googling everything under the sun, I came across Elizabeth. From our very first meeting, I felt a sense of hope that it would be possible to breastfeed. Why? Because she took the time to listen to ALL my concerns, address all my questions and provide me with super helpful resources and continuous support via email. She made me feel so comfortable and I never felt a bother.
Elizabeth is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about her job. Her support and guidance has allowed me to happily breastfeed my baby for 11 months (and we’re still going strong!). I’m so grateful to have crossed paths with Elizabeth. I cannot thank her enough :). Lastly - I would highly recommend her for any parents out there who are struggling with breastfeeding."

"I am a mom of two little guys. My firstborn is 2 years old and my second baby 5 months. I have found so much support in Elizabeth over the years. I have no words to thank her for her help and encouragement in difficult times. Already, two years knowing her. She is my place where I find comfort and peace of mind, when I am searching for breastfeeding information or when I’m overwhelmed with any concerns about my babies. Since day one, she has answered all my questions and doubts, still doing it now. I am grateful for all the support she gives to all mommies out here."

I was fixated on nursing duration, believing that longer sessions meant my baby was well-fed. This belief stemmed from healthcare professionals emphasizing that newborns should nurse for at least 15 minutes per side. As a result, I became so focused on the clock that I overlooked my baby’s cues.
Elizabeth helped me recognize this issue and gave me the confidence to trust my instincts.
